"Success Stories 2011" presents projects focusing on the use of information and communication technologies and implemented in continuation of the World Summit on the Information Society (WSIS) held in Geneva (2003) and Tunis (2005).

The publication illustrates key lessons drawn from the management of these concrete initiatives and projects and aims to serve as a catalyst for knowledge and experience sharing at the global level.

One of the projects presented in the publication is the E-TIC.net project, coordinated by ICVolunteers and supported by Organisation Internationale de la Francophonie. The article outlines some of the findings of the project.

The project was also presented during the 2011 WSIS Forum on Thursday 19 May 2011, 16:30 18:00 Room XI at ILO.
